Introduction to the Roc Nation Summer Academy
The Roc Nation Summer Academy is a series of one-week-long camps for students ages 15-17 on the Long Island University (LIU) Brooklyn campus. The Academy offers concentrations in Music Technology, Vocal Performance, and Sports Business, where students study with world-renowned artists, athletes, and industry leaders.
Program Details
- Age Requirement: The program is open to high school students ages 15-17.
- Attendance Options: Students may attend either as day students or resident students.
- Duration and Schedule: Each session lasts one typical school week, Monday through Friday, with daily schedules typically beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 5:00 PM. Resident students participate in evening activities daily.

- Age Requirement: Housing is available for students who are 16 years of age or older.
- Room Assignment: Resident students reside in single or double-occupancy dormitory-style housing and complete a Roommate Questionnaire to help identify a suitable roommate.
