Introduction to the 2025 Research Student Party Team Training Program

The 2025 Research Student Party Team Training Program is designed to deepen the understanding of Xi Jinping's new era Chinese socialist thought and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The program aims to cultivate research students' theoretical foundation, practical abilities, and leadership skills.

Training Objectives

The program targets 2025 research students, including new student party members, research student party branch secretaries, and representatives of research student teams.

Training Theme

The theme of the program is "Tempering the Soul, Enhancing Intelligence, and Strengthening Abilities, and Starting a New Journey with Practical Actions."

Training Content

Thought Tempering and Theoretical Deepening

• Invite external experts to focus on the latest developments in Xi Jinping's new era Chinese socialist thought and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
• Guide students to grasp the scientific system and practical requirements of the party's innovative theory.

Mission Empowerment and Era Connection

• Invite external experts to interpret high-quality development, high-efficiency governance, new productivity, and youth innovation missions.
• Help students clarify the entry points and force points of new era work.

Group Discussion and Mutual Learning

• Organize students to conduct in-depth discussions on the theme of "Youth Shouldering Responsibilities and the Country's Major Affairs."
• Require students to submit discussion notes (around 800 words) in groups.

Quality Expansion and Ability Forging

• Conduct team cooperation and leadership special training to enhance students' practical abilities.
• Strengthen team cohesion and job capabilities through immersive experiences.

Notes

1. Each college must attach great importance to the program, strictly follow the quota allocation requirements, and recommend students based on the standards of "strong political quality, firm ideals and beliefs, solid work style, and good mass foundation."
2. Trainees must strictly follow the training discipline, participate in all training activities, and complete learning tasks.
3. Each college must send the "2025 Research Student Party Team Training Program Student List" to the designated email before November 14th, 17:00.
