Program Overview
Introduction to the Exchange Program
The German Hamburg University of Applied Sciences exchange program is a unique opportunity for students to study abroad in the fall of 2025. The university, established in 1970, is a public higher education institution located in the state of Hamburg, offering 26 technical, social science, design, and information science programs, including two cooperative programs with other universities.
Program Details
Exchange Study Period
The exchange study period will take place from October 2025 to February 2026.

Students can choose from a variety of courses, including:

Program Fees
- Tuition Fees: The program is tuition-free.
- Other Expenses: Students are responsible for their international airfare, accommodation, meal expenses, insurance, and visa application fees.

The program will accept 10 students.

Students from the following colleges can apply:
- Publishing College
- Management College
- Optoelectronic College
- Mechanical College
- Material and Chemical College
- Health College
Application Requirements
- Student Status: Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students in their third year.
- Health and Behavior: Students must be in good health and have no disciplinary record.
- Language Proficiency: Applicants must have an English B2 level (at least English level 6) or a German B2 level.
Application Deadline
The application deadline is April 11, 2025.
Application Procedure
Students must submit an electronic version of the undergraduate overseas exchange study application form to their college's foreign affairs teacher. After receiving the acceptance letter from the foreign university, students must submit a paper version of the application form with the signature and seal of their instructor and college.
