Introduction to the 2025 Intermediate Technical Manager Training Program (Biomedical Special Session)

The National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base (Jiangsu) and the Nanjing University of Technology, in collaboration with the National University Science and Technology Park (Technology Transfer Center) and the National College of Biomedical Regional Technology Transfer and Transformation Center (Jiangsu Nanjing), will organize the 2025 Intermediate Technical Manager Training Program (Biomedical Special Session) in June.

Time and Location

• Time: June 18-20, for a total of 3 days
• Location: No. 30 Xinmofan Road, Nanjing University of Technology Dingjiaqiao Campus, Nanjing City

Training Objectives

The training objectives are to enhance the professional capabilities of technology transfer service personnel, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and improve the level of technology transfer services in the biomedical field.

Training Content

The training content includes:

• Concentrated lectures: According to the requirements of the "National Technology Transfer Professional Personnel Ability Level Training Outline," the course will focus on the biomedical field, including modules such as profit models and case analysis, and medical technology transfer case analysis.
• Special capacity expansion: Excellent students will be selected to participate in the "Technical Manager Think Tank" activity, focusing on topics such as demand excavation and judgment, achievement promotion and evaluation, and sharing technology transfer service experiences.
• Practical skill enhancement: Students will utilize the advantages of the Jiangsu Province Technology Property Exchange Market, Nanjing University of Technology, and the National College of Biomedical Regional Technology Transfer and Transformation Center (Jiangsu Nanjing) to promote targeted production, learning, and research cooperation between local parks, technology enterprises, and universities and research institutions.

Training Certificate

Students who complete the training and pass the assessment will be awarded the "National Technology Transfer Professional Personnel Ability Level Training Intermediate Technical Broker Certificate" by the National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base (Jiangsu).

Admission Criteria

The admission criteria are:

• Those who have obtained the "National Technology Transfer Professional Personnel Ability Level Training Primary Technical Broker Certificate" issued by the National Technology Transfer Talent Training Base.
• Personnel from medical and health institutions, universities, research institutes, innovation spaces, technology parks, and technology-based enterprises who have participated in the implementation of scientific and technological achievement transformation projects or provided professional services for scientific and technological achievement transformation, with a bachelor's degree or above, and have been engaged in scientific and technological achievement transformation-related work for more than 3 years, with a cumulative transaction amount of technical transfer projects not less than 3 million yuan, and have been registered in the Jiangsu Province Technology Contract Recognition and Filing System.
• Personnel who have been awarded the "Jiangsu Province Technology Transfer Work Advanced Individual" or "Jiangsu Province Excellent Technical Manager" honor in the past three years.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for the training is 2,700 yuan per person, which includes training materials, expert reports, venue rental, on-site materials, and conference services. The fee does not include transportation and accommodation, which are self-paid. The training fee only accepts bank transfer payment, and the payment voucher remark column should indicate "unit + name + training." The training students must complete the payment before the training starts.
