Program Description
This program is designed to prepare students for professional activities in research, development, and technology aimed at creating and applying electronic information-control systems for nuclear-physical installations, automation of physical experiments and scientific research, design, construction, operation of information-measuring systems, automation and control systems, including the development of artificial intelligence based on micro- and nano-electronic technologies and systems based on new physical principles.

Program Goal
The goal of the Specialitet program is to form a modern and effective educational ecosystem for the preparation of engineering leaders for the high-tech economy. This program is implemented within the framework of the Federal project "Training of personnel and scientific foundation for the electronic industry", which is a structural element of the State program of the Russian Federation "Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation" and with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science.
Project Involvement
Students enrolled in this program are planned to be involved in various profile projects, including:
- Development of through routes for automated design and development of microelectronic component base in the form of specialized integrated circuits for multi-channel physical experiment equipment and medical technology
- Technologies for design and research (testing) of heterogeneous computing systems based on chiplets and systems in a package using ceramic, plastic, and silicon substrates and interposers
- Domestic trusted intelligent systems for automated control of technological processes based on microcircuits and programmable logic controllers of domestic production
- Development of micro and microwave electronics products, including trusted and extreme purpose
- Conducting experimental research of basic elements and components of libraries
- Characterization and control of technological processes, including the development of specialized models and libraries
- Creation of specialized systems and their components for radio frequency identification, communication, etc.

The curriculum for this program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in the field of micro- and nano-electronics, including both theoretical and practical aspects.
