Introduction to the Master of Science in Management Analytics

The Master of Science in Management Analytics (MMA) program at Wilfrid Laurier University is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to make data-driven decisions in the business world. Field Project

Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission to the MMA program, applicants must have:


  • A four-year undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a quantitative discipline
  • A minimum overall GPA of B+ in the final two years
  • One course in both calculus and statistics with a minimum B+
  • Official transcripts
  • One writing sample (2-3 pages)
  • Two letters of reference (at least one academic)
  • An in-person or phone interview may also be required
  • Applicants with experience: Alternative admission requirements are available to prospective students with extensive and relevant work experience
  • International applicants: Evidence of proficiency in both written and oral English is required; minimum TOEFL of 100 or IELTS of 7

The tuition fees for the MMA program are as follows:


  • Domestic: $9,935.66 per term, $29,806.98 total
  • International: $17,903 per term, $53,709 total The university offers a limited number of entrance scholarships, ranging from $5,000 to $10,000, for outstanding applicants. Additionally, students may be eligible for funding through the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP).
