The Singing for Wellness program is a 6-week group that empowers participants to discover the power of their voice as a tool for grounding, self-expression, and well-being. This gentle and supportive program blends vocal exploration with evidence-informed wellness practices.

Description
The program teaches participants how singing, breathwork, and mindful vocal techniques can reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and build confidence. No musical experience is required, and participants will have the opportunity to sing familiar and popular songs within a supportive group.
Instructor
The program is led by Jaimie Rose, MMT, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Vocal Instructor.
Location and Schedule
- Location: 190 Lester Street, Waterloo
- Dates: Saturdays, starting February 21, 2026, for 6 weeks
- Time: 1 - 2 p.m.
Cost
The cost of the program is $250.
