Program Overview
2025 Lake Province University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Teacher Ability Enhancement Training Class
The 2025 Lake Province University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Teacher Ability Enhancement Training Class was successfully held in Changsha from June 10th to 12th. This training class was sponsored by the Lake Province Education Department and undertaken by the Lake Province Higher Education Teacher Training Center. A total of 209 core teachers from 112 universities in the province participated in the training.
Training Content
The training class focused on key areas of university innovation and entrepreneurship education. Several authoritative experts were invited to give special lectures. The Director of the Student Work Department of the Lake Province Education Department, Zhou Shaofeng, deeply interpreted the "Lake Province's policies to strongly support university students' entrepreneurship" and systematically analyzed the top-level design and policy implementation path of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
- The Director of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base of Central South University, Yang Fang, shared the construction experience and operation mode of the national-level double-creation base.
- Professor Xu Shihao from Zhejiang University of Technology detailed the cultivation mechanism and key links of the "Internet +" university student innovation and entrepreneurship competition gold award project.
- Dr. Zhou Ting from the Xiangjiang Science and Technology Innovation Institute discussed the strategy of deepening the integration of production and education in the context of the new engineering field and explained how to effectively link academic and industrial resources to jointly incubate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents with practical abilities.
Training Method
After the theoretical training, the trainees were organized to visit the iFlytek Central South Headquarters and the National Autonomous Innovation Demonstration Zone Achievement Exhibition Hall for on-site teaching. Through on-site observation and interaction, the trainees deeply understood the forefront of technological innovation achievements and industrial applications.
Significance of the Training
This training is an important measure for the province to fully implement the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Education" issued by the General Office of the State Council. The training aims to enhance the teachers' understanding of policies, teaching innovation, and practical guidance through three dimensions: policy authority interpretation, typical case in-depth analysis, and forefront practice direction. This will inject new momentum into the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities across the province.
