Overview

Requirements

To be eligible to receive the Bachelor of Nursing, students must complete the equivalent of 24 units (288 credit points), comprising 23 core units.


Entry Requirements

To meet the University's minimum English Language Proficiency requirement, an applicant must:


  1. Provide a written declaration that English is their primary language.
  2. Have achieved one of the following English language test scores within two years of the intended commencement date:
    • IELTS (Academic) with a minimum overall score of 7, with a minimum score of 7 in Listening, Reading, and Speaking, and a minimum score of 6.5 in Writing.
    • OET with a minimum score of B in Listening, Reading, and Speaking components, and a minimum score of C+ for the Writing component.
    • PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 66, with a minimum score of 66 in Listening, Reading, and Speaking, and a minimum score of 56 in Writing.
    • TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 94 and the following minimum score in each section of the test: 24 listening, 24 reading, 27 writing, and 23 speaking.
    • Cambridge (C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency) minimum score of 185, with a minimum overall score of 185 in Listening, Reading, and Speaking, and a minimum score of 176 for Writing.

Language Requirements

English language requirements apply to International applicants and other applicants whose previous study was undertaken in a language other than English. The minimum English language requirements for such applicants for entry to this course are:


  • Overall Score or equivalent: 7.0
  • Reading: 7.0
  • Writing: 6.5
  • Listening: 7.0
  • Speaking: 7.0
