- Outline and explain the regulatory framework which financial advisers operate within and their legal, social, and ethical responsibilities
- Explain the best interests duty and its role in the financial adviser-client relationship, and apply effective communication strategies to deliver compliant and client-focused advice
- Construct and present a basic financial plan.
