The doctoral program in Food Engineering aims to deepen the knowledge acquired in the basic and master's academic studies in the field of Technological Engineering, specifically in the scientific area of Food Engineering. The program also focuses on acquiring scientific capabilities and academic skills, developing creative abilities necessary for analyzing food-technological processes, researching and developing new food-technological processes, improving and optimizing existing food-technological processes, managing and controlling food-technological processes, designing food-technological processes, and analyzing the interaction between food-technological processes and the environment.
