University Program Information

The Faculty of Technical Sciences has announced a competition for enrollment in doctoral studies in Scene Design. The submission of documents for evaluation and registration of candidates is from November 10, 2025, to November 14, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for enrollment in doctoral academic studies, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• They must have completed a master's academic study at the Faculty of Technical Sciences or a related faculty, with a total duration of at least 5 years and a minimum of 300 ESPB.
• They must have a minimum average grade of 8.00 on their basic academic studies and 8.00 on their master's academic studies.
• Alternatively, candidates who have completed relevant studies lasting at least four years under previous regulations may be considered if the Evaluation Commission determines that their previous studies are worth at least 300 ESPB and they have a minimum average grade of 8.00.

Application Deadlines

The deadlines for submitting documents are as follows:

• Electronic application: from November 10, 2025, to November 14, 2025, at 13:00.
• Application in person at the Faculty: November 14, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00.

Admission Process

The admission process includes the following steps:

• Submission of documents for evaluation and registration
• Entrance exam: November 24, 2025, at 09:00
• Publication of evaluation results and preliminary ranking lists: November 24, 2025, by 20:00
• Publication of final ranking lists: November 26, 2025, by 20:00
• Enrollment of admitted candidates: November 27, 2025

Required Documents

The following documents are required for application:

• Scanned diplomas or certificates of completed studies
• Scanned transcripts or certificates of passed exams
• Professional biography
• ID card (for Serbian citizens) or passport (for non-Serbian citizens)
• Proof of payment for application and evaluation fees
• CV and portfolio of artistic works (for Scene Design program candidates)

Entrance Exam

Candidates applying for the Scene Design program must take an entrance exam, which consists of an analysis of their portfolio and an interview with the Commission. The exam will be held at the Faculty, and candidates who do not take the exam cannot be enrolled.

Enrollment

Admitted candidates must enroll by November 27, 2025. Candidates who do not enroll will be considered to have withdrawn their application.
