University Program Information

The Faculty of Technical Sciences has announced a competition for enrollment in the master's studies program in Scenic Architecture and Design.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the general requirements set by the Faculty and the Law on Higher Education.

Application Deadlines

• Electronic application: from November 26, 2025, to December 3, 2025, at 13:00 hours.
• Application at the student service counter: December 3, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00 hours.
• For candidates who have completed a relevant study program at the Faculty of Technical Sciences:
  • Electronic application: from November 26, 2025, to December 5, 2025, at 13:00 hours.
  • Application at the student service counter: December 5, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00 hours.

Entrance Examination

The entrance examination will be held on December 8, 2025, from 09:00 to 13:00 hours.

Publication of Results

• Preliminary results and ranking lists will be published on December 8, 2025, by 20:00 hours.
• Final ranking lists will be published on December 10, 2025, by 20:00 hours.

Enrollment

Enrollment of admitted candidates will take place on December 11, 2025.

Required Documents

For application:

• Scanned diplomas or certificates of completed previous studies.
• Scanned diploma supplements or certificates of passed exams for all previous studies.
• For candidates who are citizens of the Republic of Serbia: a scanned ID card (with a chip) or a scanned ID card (without a chip).
• For candidates who are not citizens of the Republic of Serbia: a scanned birth certificate and/or a scanned first page of their passport.
• Proof of payment for application and study program evaluation fees.
• Scanned curricula and programs of all previous studies (for candidates who did not complete their studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences).
• Confirmation of employment at the Faculty of Technical Sciences (for candidates employed at the Faculty).
• CV and portfolio of artistic works.

For enrollment:

• Certified copy of the diploma or original certificate of graduation.
• Certified copy of the diploma supplement or original certificate of passed exams.
• For candidates who are citizens of the Republic of Serbia: a certified ID card (with a chip) or a photocopy of the ID card (without a chip).
• For candidates who are not citizens of the Republic of Serbia: an original birth certificate and/or a photocopy of the first page of their passport.
• Proof of payment for application, study program evaluation, and tuition fees.
• Certified curricula and programs of all previous studies (for candidates who did not complete their studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences).
• Enrollment package (includes enrollment folder and index, available at the Faculty on the day of enrollment).
• Two photographs (4.5 x 3.5 cm).
• Confirmation of employment at the Faculty of Technical Sciences (for candidates employed at the Faculty).

Entrance Examination Details

Candidates are required to take an entrance examination, which consists of an analysis of their portfolio of artistic and professional works, as well as an interview with the Commission. The examination schedule will be published on the website for candidate admission.
