Program Overview
Introduction to the Construction Management Program
The Construction Management Department offers students the opportunity to pursue a bachelor's degree with a major in Construction Management and a Master of Science in Construction Management. While professional experience is preferred, students with a bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, construction management, technology, engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

- Overview of the land development process, providing a foundation for advanced land development courses.
