Program Overview

The Master's Program in Business Administration (MBA) is closely related to the field of Business Administration, which is covered by the Department of Business Administration at the undergraduate level. The difference between the two is that the MBA provides specialized knowledge and skills, applying more dynamic educational techniques and delving deeper into the various fields of study. In this way, it provides postgraduate students with knowledge and skills that are directly applicable in the professional field.


Program Objectives

The objectives of the MBA program are:


  • To provide postgraduate students with in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of Business Administration.
  • To develop research and continuous pursuit of competitive advantage.
  • To develop analytical and synthetic skills for decision-making, planning, and organizing business functions.
  • To develop an understanding of the dynamics and fundamental value of human resources in the success and stability of organizational structures.
  • To utilize new technologies in all aspects of management (planning, organization, direction, control-leadership).
  • To develop entrepreneurship.
  • To certify graduates in the fields covered by the MBA program and prepare them for responsible positions.
  • To prepare new scientists and researchers in Business Administration for doctoral studies and participation in research and European programs.

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to the MBA program, applicants must:


  • Hold a degree from a recognized institution of higher education.
  • Have at least two years of professional experience in a field related to the program.
  • Meet the admission criteria, which include:
    • Overall grade of the degree
    • Proficiency in English
    • Relevant coursework
    • Research or work experience
    • Interview performance
    • Other qualifications (e.g., computer skills, knowledge of another foreign language)

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees for the MBA program are 3,500, payable in five installments.


Duration of Studies

The normal duration of studies for the MBA program is three semesters.

The program consists of 10 compulsory courses, each with 6 ECTS credits, and a dissertation or two additional courses with 15 ECTS credits each.


Maximum Number of Students

The maximum number of students admitted to the program is 40 per year.
