Program Overview

Introduction to the Program

The University of Thessaly's Center for Training and Lifelong Learning introduces a new educational program titled "Mastering the Power of Excel: Business Oriented" or " Excel: ." This program awards a Certificate of Specialized Training and spans two months, equivalent to 120 hours of synchronous and asynchronous distance learning.

Program Objective

The objective of the program is for the trainee to:

• Acquire advanced knowledge of Excel's most useful functions.
• Learn to manage large datasets and create reports based on them.
• Increase productivity and effectiveness in their work.

Target Audience

The program is aimed at:

• Employees of large or small businesses who already use Excel and want to learn advanced techniques to enhance their position in the workplace.
• A wide range of professions that handle large datasets.
• Unemployed individuals who want to learn Excel at an advanced level, adding a valuable tool to their resume that is in demand in the job market.

Training Methodology

The program "Mastering the Power of Excel: Business Oriented" will utilize synchronous and asynchronous distance education using the relevant infrastructure/platforms supported/provided by the University of Thessaly.

Enrollment

Applications for the educational program "Mastering the Power of Excel: Business Oriented" are accepted electronically. Important dates include:

• Registration period: Until August 31, 2022
• Start of training: September 2022

Cost

The total cost of the program is 190. However, a reduced fee of 140 applies to:

• Unemployed individuals
• Large families
• People with disabilities
• Group registrations (three or more individuals from the same organization, company, or family)
• Early bird registrations (three weeks before the program starts)
