Program Overview

Introduction to the Female Empowerment in Academia Program

The European University EDUC offers an online asynchronous course in English, titled "Female Empowerment in Academia," developed by experts from the eight partner universities of the alliance. This interdisciplinary program aims to better understand gender inequalities in the academic world and provide concrete tools to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment.

Program Structure

The course consists of three main modules:

  2. Gender-based Violences: This module explores daily experiences of inequality, sexism, and gender-based violence in the academic environment at different stages of a career.
  3. Gender Methodologies: This module focuses on conducting gender-sensitive research, beyond mere formal compliance with regulatory requirements.
