Master Politiques Publiques Parcours Administration Publique

Presentation

The Master Politiques Publiques Parcours Administration Publique is a co-accredited program by the University of Rennes, the School of Higher Studies in Public Health, the Normal Superior School of Rennes, and Sciences-po Rennes. It leads to executive or mission leader positions in state, territorial, health, or social protection administrations through competition or direct recruitment.


Publics

  • Open to holders of a degree at the bac +3 level.
  • This course is particularly aimed at holders of a license in Public Administration, Economic and Social Administration, Economics, Political Science, Law, History, and also at holders of a BUT in legal careers.

Objectifs

  • To train agents who know the general framework in which public action takes place and to give them the knowledge and skills useful for their professional activity.
  • To prepare for the exams of the competitions for access to the public service (category A and A+).

Graduates of the program are able to:


  • Identify the legal, financial, and economic bases of the functioning and activity of public administrations.
  • Identify the needs of a public administration.
  • Identify, select with critical spirit, various resources to document a subject.
  • Develop an argument with a critical spirit.
  • Use reference digital tools and computer security rules in the framework of internal and external activity.
  • Situate themselves within an organization to self-evaluate, adapt, and take initiatives.
