Introduction to the MPA Program at Hebei University of Technology
The MPA program at Hebei University of Technology is hosted by the School of Humanities and Law, with the MPA Education Center responsible for the program's development. The program adheres to the university's tradition of combining engineering and liberal arts, leveraging the school's multidisciplinary strengths to enhance the quality of MPA education.
Program Overview
The MPA program at Hebei University of Technology aims to provide students with a comprehensive education in public administration, taking advantage of the university's strategic location in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The program has made significant progress since its establishment, with a strong team of faculty members and a well-structured curriculum.
Faculty and Research
The MPA Education Center has a team of 30 full-time instructors, including 10 professors and 17 associate professors, with the majority holding doctoral degrees. The center also collaborates with over 60 part-time instructors from more than 60 practice bases in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. To further enhance the program's quality, an expert advisory committee has been established, comprising scholars from renowned universities and government agencies.
School of Humanities and Law
The School of Humanities and Law has a total of 65 faculty members, including 50 full-time teachers, 9 professors, and 23 associate professors. The school offers four undergraduate programs in law, public administration, labor and social security, and Chinese international education. It also has a master's degree program in public administration (MPA) and a professional master's degree program in law.
Research Platforms
The school has established three research platforms: traditional culture application and comprehensive services, social organization management and elderly care services, and rule of law and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional development. These platforms are designed to address the social demands of the new era and promote academic research.
MPA Education Center
The MPA Education Center has a total of 86 faculty members, including 61 full-time teachers, 19 professors, and 30 associate professors. The center is equipped with multimedia classrooms, case discussion rooms, and an e-government laboratory, providing a conducive environment for teaching and research.

The MPA program at Hebei University of Technology has the following main directions:

Admission and Tuition
The program has a planned enrollment of 45 full-time students and 47 part-time students, with a tuition fee of 50,000 yuan for full-time students and 60,000 yuan for part-time students. The program duration is 2.5 years.
