Mechanical Designer Internship Program

The Mechanical Designer internship program is a 6-month internship opportunity at Electrolux. The program is designed for talented individuals with high motivation and a strong attitude towards continuous improvement.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work as an Engineer Mechanic, focusing on plastic molded user interface parts. The main tasks include:

• Supporting actions to increase the quality of the final product
• Supporting actions related to product cost reduction
• Supporting projects implementing new products and/or new technologies
• Collaborating with suppliers to optimize product and process
• Component evaluation and measurement
• Prototyping, including 3D printing

Qualifications

To be eligible for the program, candidates must:

• Be a student or graduate of mechanical engineering or a similar field
• Be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Have practical knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD programs (Catia or others)
• Have practical knowledge of MS Office
• Have a communicative level of English language skills
• Be fluent in Polish
• Have manual work skills in a workshop or prototype workshop
• Be able to perform measurements with a caliper
• Have an analytical approach to solving technical problems
