Intensive Japanese Language Program

The Intensive Japanese Language Program is designed for Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship students at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Term

The program is offered for 6 months, starting from either April or October.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, students must be Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship students who have been accepted for Japanese language training at Kanazawa University. This includes pre-admission undergraduate preparatory students or pre-admission research students.

Maximum Enrollment

The program has a limited enrollment, accepting only a few students.

Outline

This 4-month intensive program aims to equip students with the necessary Japanese language skills for student life in Japan. The program is offered in two semesters: the first semester from April to September and the second semester from October to March. International students from around the world participate in the program, studying Japanese and Japanese culture five days a week, approximately 3 hours a day.
