Overview

The Intensivstudium KMU (DAS) is a comprehensive general management program for entrepreneurs and top executives from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The program consists of ten block weeks, which are concluded with an examination. This study structure allows entrepreneurs to focus on business challenges between attendance periods. As part of the diploma thesis, a problem from their own practice is thoroughly elaborated.

Program Structure

• The program starts once a year in the spring and comprises ten block weeks.
• Each block week begins on Tuesday morning and ends on Saturday afternoon.
• The seminar location is the Weiterbildungszentrum Holzweid (WBZ) in close proximity to the University of St.Gallen.

Learning Journey

The Intensivstudium KMU is a comprehensive business administration continuing education program for entrepreneurs and executives from SMEs. It covers a wide range of relevant topics around successful corporate management. The program enables participants to focus on business challenges between attendance periods, and the diploma thesis allows for an in-depth examination of a practical problem.

Transfer and Practical Application

What ultimately matters is the transfer of acquired knowledge into professional practice. The implementation in practice takes a high priority in the seminar. Practical lecturers provide participants with the most important management tools. The exchange with lecturers and among participants offers an optimal basis for this.
