- Introduction to decentralized multiagent AI and its strategic relevance
- Overview of the current tool landscape (ChatGPT, Perplexity AI, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Grok) with practical guidance on API usage
AI in Strategy Creation
- Strategy analyses with AI bots and development of proprietary, organization-specific AI solutions
- Integration of external environment scanning and scenario planning into strategic work
- Application of Generative AI for strategy communication and the facilitation of internal dialogue
AI-Driven Strategy Execution
- Real-time feedback and adaptive implementation, including progress monitoring, governance, and responsibilities
- Case studies from practice (e.g., Swisscom, Futurice) with real-time follow-up
Implementation Roadmap & Homework
- End-to-end rollout covering the path from fundamentals to proprietary Generative AI, including roles and responsibilities, data requirements, and measurement
- Homework focusing on the development of proprietary AI capabilities and their application to internal and external analyses
