Decision Making Course
Description
The Decision Making course focuses on the main issues of managerial decision-making and learning. The course objectives include learning about ethical decision making, decision making under risk, and intuitive decision-making.
Contents
The course covers important issues of managerial decision making, ranging from ethical decision making to decision making under risk and intuitive decision-making.
Structure
Each session focuses on one important aspect of managerial decision-making, accompanied by in-class experiments. The results of these experiments are interpreted and discussed together.
Grading
The grading consists of a Final Exam (65%), Presentation (15%), and Participation and Experiments (20%).
Textbooks and/or Bibliography
The recommended textbook is "Judgment in Managerial Decision Making" by Bazerman and Moore, 8th Edition, 2014.
