Sponsoring and Partnership Management

Description

The course provides an in-depth understanding of sponsoring and partnership management, focusing on the development of strategies and implementation concepts for both sponsors and sponsees. Participants will learn to critically evaluate partnership and sponsorship strategies, considering key success factors and the role of media in the sponsorship world.


Objectives

The course aims to present different approaches to planning, negotiation, implementation, and control of partnership and sponsorship forms and strategies in various fields, including media, sports, arts, entertainment, causes, and science. By the end of the course, participants will be able to fully understand, evaluate, and plan sponsoring and partnership strategies.


Teaching Mode

The course will be taught in presence, utilizing lectures as the primary learning method.


Examination Information

The grade will be based on an individual exam (60%) and a group assignment (40%).
