B1 Preliminary (PET) Course

Course Description

The B1 Preliminary (PET) course is designed for young adults and adults who want to improve their English skills and prepare for the B1 Preliminary exam. The course is offered online and consists of three modules: Reading, Writing, and Listening and Speaking.

Course Objectives

• Prepare students for the B1 Preliminary exam
• Improve students' English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
• Develop students' language competence at an intermediate level

Course Requirements

• Students must have an intermediate level of English (B1)
• Students must have a computer or mobile device with internet access
• Students must have a headset and microphone for online classes

Course Schedule

• The course consists of three modules, each lasting one month
• Classes are held online, once a week, for 4 hours
• Students can choose from different schedules and frequencies

Course Fees

• The course fee is S/ 380.00 per module
• Students must also purchase the course materials (e-book) for S/ 100.00

Admission Criteria

• Students must have an intermediate level of English (B1)
• Students must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Students must be at least 14 years old

• Students who purchase the course materials (e-book) will receive access to the virtual classroom and online resources
• Students must have a computer or mobile device with internet access to access the virtual classroom and online resources

Dónde Rendir el Examen B1 Preliminary (PET)

• The B1 Preliminary exam can be taken at the Idiomas PUCP language center, which is authorized by Cambridge Assessment English to administer the exam.
