Program Overview
The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) training program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of operational resilience and compliance within the framework of DORA. The course aims to equip participants with practical insights into building robust governance structures, managing risks, and implementing measures to ensure organizational resilience.
Course Objectives
The program focuses on two key dimensions:
- Resilience objectives and the role of risk governance and risk management in achieving them
- Resilience put into practice, including incident response and business continuity management
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the key principles and regulatory requirements of DORA
- Explain how DORA impacts governance, risk management, and operational resilience within financial institutions
- Demonstrate how to integrate DORA requirements into cohesive risk management and incident response frameworks
- Assess operational risks and third-party dependencies in light of DORA compliance obligations
- Design a cohesive resilience improvement plan that incorporates the different areas of DORA
Course Structure
The course consists of self-paced work, including introductory lectures on DORA, selected readings, and written contributions, followed by live online sessions featuring expert-led presentations and interactive breakout sessions.
Target Audience
The program is open to staff in financial supervisory authorities, EU institutions and agencies, national government officials, and staff in financial institutions, particularly those responsible for risk management, information security, incident management, business continuity management, third-party risk management, compliance officers, and legal counsels.

The full fees for the program are:
- 850 for academics
- 1150 for public sector
- 1250 for private sector A group discount of 15% is available for minimum 3 participants from the same institution.
Cancellation Policy
Paid registration fees are non-refundable, but registrant substitution may be made up to 15 days before the start date of the course.
Course Dates and Location
The course will take place from 06/05/2026 to 03/06/2026, with live online sessions on 20 May, 27 May, and 3 June. The program will be delivered online.

The course is intermediate-level and uses a qualitative approach, combining expert-led presentations with interactive breakout sessions and practical exercises.
