  • Labor protection. Introduction to the profession of a waiter (6 hours)
  • Basics of serving (12 hours)
  • Service technique (12 hours)
  • Organization of the work of a waiter with guests (24 hours)
  • Serving dishes and drinks (12 hours)
  • Practical classes (72 hours)
  • Final certification (6 hours)

Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate of profession from the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great, a leading technical university in the country.
