Master's Programme in Law and Gender, Intersectionality and Diversity

Introduction

The Master's Programme in Law and Gender, Intersectionality and Diversity is a two-year international master's programme offered by ųrebro University in collaboration with the University of Belgrade in Serbia and LUMSA University in Palermo, Italy. This programme provides a unique opportunity for students to study across three countries and gain innovative expertise in human rights and social sustainability.

  • Credits: 120 ECTS (30 ECTS per semester)

    • Semester 1: Belgrade
    • Semester 2: Palermo
    • Semester 3: ųrebro
    • Semester 4: Degree project at one of the partner universities

Degree and Target Group

  • Degree: Opportunity to apply for three internationally recognised degrees from partner universities
  • Target group: Students with a background in law, social sciences, humanities, or related fields

Application and Scholarship

  • Application deadline: 15 April
  • Students from Sweden apply for the programme via antagning.se
  • Accepted students can apply for ERASMUS mobility scholarships to study in Belgrade and Palermo
  • Each country may grant one ERASMUS Mundus Joint Master scholarship, covering living expenses for the entire programme

Programme Details

The programme combines legal studies with perspectives on human rights, gender equality, and diversity. It includes both compulsory and elective courses, as well as elements such as legal clinics, projects, and practical exercises. Students will gain experience of various legal systems and establish an international network by studying in three different countries.
