The course covers the existence and uniqueness of solutions to ordinary and partial differential equations, as well as methods for solving them.

• VÍrterminen 2026 vecka 14 (2026) - 23 (2026), at half speed (50%), daytime, normally in Swedish but can be in English if exchange students participate.
• VÍrterminen 2027 vecka 13 (2027) - 22 (2027), at half speed (50%), daytime, normally in Swedish but can be in English if exchange students participate.

Admission and Selection

• F—rkunskapskrav: Matematisk modellering och probleml—sning, 6 h—gskolepoðng, and Komplex analys, 6 h—gskolepoðng.
• Urval: The selection is based on the number of completed higher education credits taken no later than the last application day (TPBC).

• The course can be given in English if there are exchange students.
