Program Overview
Program Description
The Statskunskap, fortsättningskurs, 30 hp program focuses on political conditions and perspectives, training students to analyze politics and social issues. The initial course concentrates on political theory, emphasizing democratic principles and problems. A theme course follows, focusing on administrative policy in a broad sense. A methods course then prepares students for a final independent project, which trains their ability to formulate and analyze a political science problem.
Specialization
The program offers a specialization at the basic level, containing a specially designed degree project for a bachelor's degree (G1E).

- Vĺrterminen 2027 vecka 03 (2027) - 22 (2027), full-time, daytime Teaching is normally conducted in Swedish, but English may be used.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, students must have completed 15 higher education credits from the sub-courses Politiska system, 7.5 higher education credits, Politisk teori, 7.5 higher education credits, and Politiska partier, opinionsbildning och deltagande, 7.5 higher education credits, from Statskunskap, grundkurs, 30 högskolepoäng.

Selection is based on the number of completed higher education credits taken by the last application date (TPBC).
