Cultural Analytical Perspectives on Food and Meals
The course provides tools to understand and explore important cultural dimensions of food and meals. It offers students cultural, theoretical, and methodological perspectives on what we eat and what shape food experiences in different contexts, from food tourism to co-creative food experiences, from gourmet to junk, from nature-based food experience to urban meals.
