- Students who will do the internship should take this date into consideration.
Required Documents for Summer Internship
- Summer Internship Form (3 copies)
- "Occupational Health and Safety Training" certificate or transcript for students who have taken the "Occupational Health and Safety" course.
- Approved official documents related to Tetanus, Hepatitis, and PPD.
- Copy of ID
- Eligibility Certificate (can be obtained from the E-State Gate)
