Program Outcomes

1. Develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for the coaching profession, and solve problems that may arise in the field.
2. Utilize multidisciplinary approaches to improve professional competence.
3. Collaborate with national and international sports federations and organizations.
4. Develop strategies to promote sports culture, introduce different sports, and increase participation in sports.
5. Identify and develop talented individuals in various sports branches using talent identification and selection criteria.
6. Apply and evaluate field and laboratory tests to determine the performance levels of athletes, and incorporate test results into training plans.
7. Create annual and long-term performance goals for athletes, and develop training plans and programs based on general and specific education principles.
8. Communicate effectively with sports environments and the public through written, verbal, and visual means.
9. Understand the organization and rules of sports competitions, and apply this knowledge in coaching and training.
10. Utilize advanced technology in sports, and teach technical and tactical skills specific to each sports branch.
11. Apply appropriate teaching methods to educate athletes in technical and tactical skills.
