Introduction to the 2026 Australia Monash University Master's Research 1+1 Joint Training Program
The program is a collaborative effort between Monash University and Southwest University of Finance and Economics, aiming to provide students with a comprehensive education in banking and finance or business management.

The Monash Business School has obtained AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA certifications, making it a prestigious institution for business education.
Program Overview
The program commenced in the spring semester of 2016, with the signing of a cooperation agreement between Southwest University of Finance and Economics and Monash University. The program is designed for undergraduate students, recent graduates, and graduates from universities across the country, offering two professional directions: banking and finance, and business management.

Program Enrollment
- Eligibility: The program is open to undergraduate students, recent graduates, and graduates from universities across the country.
- Requirements: Students must have a good academic record, with an average score of 75 or above, and no disciplinary violations.
- Application Materials: Personal resume, undergraduate transcript, bachelor's degree certificate and graduation certificate (if available), IELTS, TOEFL, or CET4/6 score reports (if available), and other supporting materials (such as award certificates, practice certificates, etc.).
Training Program
- Domestic Stage: Full-time study at Southwest University of Finance and Economics, taking four master's preparatory courses and four professional courses.
- Overseas Stage: Study at Monash University in Australia for one year, leading to the award of a Monash University master's degree.
