Course Description
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program combines expert-led instruction with extensive hands-on practice, including four simulation assessments and four live projects that strengthen real-world application. Participants will gain eligibility for 35 PDUs through 36 hours of live training and deepen their skill set with specialized Generative AI modules tailored to modern quality management workflows.

- Introduction to Six Sigma: Mandatory, 7 hours
- Lean management: Mandatory, 4.9 hours
- Lean Six Sigma Application in Information Technology: Mandatory, 3 hours
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt: Mandatory, 1.4 hours (with 40 hours of live class)

No prior experience in quality management is required. To be eligible for the IASSC Green Belt exam, learners must hold an undergraduate degree or a high school diploma (or equivalent).
