Operational excellence, proper organization structure, and organizational development are crucial for the long-term success of any business. The first class will have multiple tracks where founders will be assigned to discuss operational theories and principles specific to their industry. In the second class, the group will come together to discuss research and development, human resources, and how to create aggressive but achievable milestones and metrics for success.
