The program aims to prepare workers in the field of production and technological activities, ensuring control, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of technological installations while adhering to environmental protection, labor safety, and industrial safety requirements.

Program Details

• Duration: 240 hours, 2 hours per day
• Format: On-site
• Cost: 15,000 rubles
• Target Audience: Specialists with higher and/or secondary professional education; students of chemical specialties, oil and gas business, departing for production practices

Program Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will know:

• Rules of technical safety and rational organization of labor at the workplace, industrial, fire, and environmental safety
• Technological processes, schemes, and maps of maintained installations
• Device and operation rules of auxiliary equipment
• Rules for starting and stopping main technological equipment
• Methods for eliminating equipment failures and emergency states
• Purpose and principle of operation of control and measuring instruments, basics of locksmithing They will be able to:
• Control the output and quality of products, consumption of reagents, energy resources
• Identify and eliminate equipment and communication malfunctions
• Prepare installations for start-up and shutdown, and bring them to mode
• Control and adjust the operating modes of technological equipment using automation means and control and measuring instruments
• Observe safety rules during equipment and installation repair

Faculty

The program is taught by instructors from the Department of Chemical Engineering of the Engineering School of Natural Resources, who have significant teaching experience in the relevant disciplines, a candidate of technical sciences degree, and the title of associate professor.

• Lecture and working auditoriums for 15-25 people
• Laboratories for practical classes with multimedia tools for demonstrating educational films, schemes, and posters
• Educational laboratories equipped with laboratory stands simulating main processes and apparatus used in the chemical and technological industry

Certification

Participants who complete the training and pass the final certification will receive a document - a certificate of profession of a worker of the established sample.
