The program " HR-" (Management of Personnel and Team for HR Specialists) is designed to develop competencies necessary for effective team management and personnel development at all levels of an organization's structure.

• Format: Part-time (evening) with possible distance learning using distance technologies
• Cost: 70,000 (with a 15% discount for TPU students = 59,500 ); installment plans are available
• Courses: 5 courses on team management, motivation, personal resource management, and leadership development
• Methods: 11 methods for personnel development, organization of HR processes, and personal growth trajectory planning
• Diploma: Upon completion, participants receive a diploma of a established standard, allowing them to meet the professional standards for personnel and HR services
