Overview

The Certified Public ManagerŽ (CPM) Program Phase II presents concepts and tools that a manager uses to analyze the external environment of their agency. This allows a public manager to identify other political actors with influence over the agency and determine which of these actors are likely to support or oppose initiatives. This knowledge of the external environment will aid a manager in crafting a politically feasible and technically practical strategy that will create value for the public.

Program Details

• The program consists of 187 total hours of managerial training.
• The price for the program is $1,595.00.
• The program meets on the 3rd Thursdays of each month, starting on March 21, 2024.
• Live online sessions will be conducted using videoconferencing technology at 10:00 am (EST) / 9:00 am (CST) and will last approximately 2.5 hours.

Accommodations
