The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Studio Art is a four-year professional degree rooted in studio practice, critical thinking, and creative exploration. This program prepares students for fulfilling careers in the visual arts and beyond.

The BFA in Studio Art offers courses in:

Students begin in the First-Year Foundations Program, which nurtures their interests and skills through classes in drawing, 2D, 3D, and 4D. Intermediate classes focus on developing practical skills in a variety of mediums and methods. Students select one of the nine mediums listed above as their area of emphasis or craft their own interdisciplinary path. Advanced courses deepen technical and conceptual competencies in studio art. The senior year culminates in a thesis exhibition, giving students experience in curating, installing, and presenting work in a professional setting.
