Family Nurse Practitioner, M.S.N. (Hybrid) Program

The Family Nurse Practitioner, M.S.N. (Hybrid) program is offered by the School of Nursing at Southern Connecticut State University.

Program Requirements

The program requires 46-49 credits for completion. A 3.0 cumulative GPA is required for graduation.

Clinical Component and Role Function (19 Credits)

Capstone (3-6 Credits)

There are two options for the capstone:

• Option 1: Thesis

• Option 2: Special Project

Program Policies

Only one nursing course may be repeated, and it may be repeated only once. A grade of "B" or higher must be achieved in each course. Failure to do so will result in automatic dismissal.
