Required Field Work
The program includes the following field work requirements:
- CED 760 Practicum Seminar in School Counseling (Pass/Fail)
- CED 776 Internship in School Counseling
Capstone
A comprehensive examination is required for graduation.
Admission Requirements
Candidates recommended for certification must meet any additional Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) requirements in effect on the date CSDE receives the certification application. The program has additional admission requirements as an educator preparation program in the State of Connecticut.
Graduation Requirements
In addition to the program requirements, a 3.0 cumulative GPA is required for graduation.
