Program Overview


Recreation and Leisure, B.S. - Recreation Administration M.S. Accelerated Pathway

The Recreation and Leisure, B.S. - Recreation Administration M.S. Accelerated Pathway program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in recreation, tourism, and sport management. The program outline and graduation requirements are listed below.


General Education Requirements

All bachelor's degree programs include liberal education (LEP) and writing (W) course requirements. To review more detailed information regarding these requirements, courses in the major and/or cognate may also be used to satisfy LEP requirements where noted below.


Major Requirements (51 Credits)

  • 'C' or better required.
  • Courses with less than 'C' must be repeated within two semesters.
  • Students receiving grades of 'C' or lower in more than one recreation course may be dismissed from this major.
