Internship Program

The internship program is a compulsory part of the curriculum for students in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. The program requires students to complete 60 working days of internship in an approved institution. The steps to follow for the internship program are:


  1. Professional Application Form: The student fills in the first table with their information, and the second table is filled in and signed by the business.
  2. Commitment: The student fills in and signs the commitment form.
  3. Residence Document: The student obtains their residence document.
  4. Photo: The student adds a photo of themselves to the file.
  5. Submission: The student submits the above forms, signed and approved, to the Human Resources Department at least 5 business days before the start of the internship.

Erasmus Program

The Erasmus program is an academic exchange and cooperation program that includes Turkey within the scope of European Union relations. The program provides students with the opportunity to work in restaurants in Europe and benefit from a grant provided by the association. The compulsory internships of students who complete their internship after the program and meet the necessary qualifications are considered completed.
