Program Overview

The Computer Science for Digital Forensics (CSIBridge) program is a computer science preparatory program that consists of four courses, totaling 12 credits, offered at the graduate level.


Program Structure

The program entails two intensive, semester-long foundations courses that provide a survey of core computer science tailored to digital forensics. The foundations courses cover:


  • Operating systems
  • Computer architecture
  • Networks
  • Programming essentials
  • Math essentials

These foundations courses are followed by two developmental core courses in the degree program.


Program Requirements

Students who complete the four courses with grades of B or better are eligible to transfer to the degree program and may receive a CSIBridge certificate.


Certificate Program

The Computer Science for Digital Forensics (CSIBridge) Advanced Certificate Program is offered by the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science.
