Program Description

This 20-credit certificate in construction management serves those individuals seeking just a few courses, rather than a full degree program, on such topics as estimating, plan reading, interpreting specifications, etc. All courses are the same credit-bearing courses as those offered in the AAS degree programs within the Department of Construction Management and Civil Engineering Technology, and may be used toward the AAS degree in construction management technology as well as the bachelor's degree in facilities management (construction management concentration). Course prerequisites may require an evaluation of a candidate's experience by a representative of the department.
