The Engineering, Technology and Business Management MSc (Eng) is a postgraduate degree that prepares students to become senior managers or entrepreneurs in global companies. Course Details and Modules
The course consists of compulsory and optional modules. Compulsory modules include:
- Modern Industry Practice (15 credits)
- Risk Perception and Communication (15 credits)
- Managing for Innovation (15 credits)
- Operations and Supply Chain Management (15 credits)
- Engineering, Technology and Business Management Project (45 credits)
Optional modules are available in the Business Pathway, Electronic and Electrical Engineering Pathway, and Mechanical Engineering Pathway. These modules cover a range of topics, including effective decision making, strategic management, managing global logistics and supply chains, and innovation management in practice.
Learning and Teaching
The course is taught by expert academics and industry professionals. Students will have regular contact with staff who are at the forefront of their disciplines, through lectures, laboratory sessions, seminars, examples classes, tutorials, and project meetings.
Assessment

Entry Requirements
- A bachelor degree with a 2:1 (hons) in electronic/electrical engineering, communications engineering, informatics, computer science, mechatronics, or a related subject.
- IELTS 6.5 overall, with no less than 6.0 in any component.
- Alternative qualifications and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Scholarships and Financial Support
