International Business and Finance BSc
The International Business and Finance BSc degree at the University of Leeds is a three-year full-time course that provides students with an in-depth understanding of the core elements and practices of international business, together with a thorough grounding in practical knowledge of accounting and finance.
Course Overview
This degree is accredited by the Institute of Export and International Trade and will provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to understand and manage complex organizations across national borders, especially in international trade and foreign direct investment, alongside the core principles of finance.

The International Business and Finance BSc degree offers an excellent route into employment. Graduates can pursue careers in government departments, consultancy firms, small and medium-sized enterprises, or large multinational enterprises. The finance element of the course enables graduates to go into accountancy firms, investment banks, high street banks, insurance companies, savings banks, management consultancies, and public sector employment.
Study Abroad and Work Placements
Students have the opportunity to apply to spend an additional academic year studying abroad or to take a year in industry, working within an organization in either the public, private, or voluntary sector, in the UK or overseas.
