Program Overview
Introduction to J. Addison School
J. Addison School is committed to fostering a community of learners who embody the qualities of character that are essential for success in all aspects of life. The school believes that character development is a universal trait that binds the learning community together, transcending the boundaries that divide society.
Character Development
Character development is a whole-school endeavor at J. Addison School. All members of the school community share the responsibility of modeling, teaching, and practicing universal traits in every aspect of school life. The school celebrates character development every month, recognizing individuals or groups who embody the monthly virtue. These individuals are acknowledged at monthly assemblies, and their photos are displayed on the "Wall of Honor."
